The law in Germany stipulates that we must inform participants of this competition about which kind of personal data we collect, why we collect them and how we use them.

What Are Personal Data?

First of all, we would like to explain what The Imaging Source Europe GmbH considers to be personal data. Personal information for identity is information that can be used to unambiguously find out your identity. Such information includes your real name and e-mail address. Information that is not part of your identity, for example, the number of users on a web site or your favorite web sites, is not included in this definition.

We will adhere to all future modifications of the Federal privacy law. We will not pass on your personal data to third parties without your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. In this case, you may still participate in the competition.

By participating in the competition you understand and accept that the information that you have entered may be used for marketing proposes and that we may contact you by e-mail in order to inform you about interesting offers. In accordance to the Federal privacy law, your information will be used exclusively for marketing, market research and advertising purposes and processed electronically.

The collected data will only be stored as long as is specified in this agreement and in compliance with the law.

You can revoke your consent at any time. You can do this by e-mail (info@theimagingsource.com) or by post to The Imaging Source Europe GmbH (Sommerstrasse 36, 28215 Bremen, Germany). In this case, your participation in the competition remains unaffected, unless you state otherwise.
